Edit Road Widths Command

Description:

Changes the road width if the width is driven by the offset alignments. If you use the Corridor Wizard to create road corridors, the offset alignments are automatically created and assigned as targets for the road widths. You can also create the offset alignments manually and assign them as targets, see the Road Widening chapter (offset alignments are used for road widths and road widening).

If an alignment has multiple offset alignments on each side, all the offset alignments' Nominal Offset is adjusted to the specified value:

Devotech iDAS automatically assigns a negative value to the left-hand side and a positive value to the right-hand side.

  2. Specify a road (lane) width:

  3. Rebuild the corridors if necessary.
