Compare Profiles Command

Description:

Highlights the chainages where the minimum or maximum cover (difference between two profiles) is exceeded.

It is very useful for pipe designs where the minimum and maximum cover must be checked. It can also be used for road designs to check if the maximum height/depth of fill/cut was not exceeded.

Instructions:

1. Run the command.

2. Specify the interval:

3. Select the profile view. Once a profile view is selected, a new window will open where the comparison profiles, and the minimum and maximum differences can be selected. As soon as the minimum or maximum difference is exceeded the values display in red.

This window gives an option to export values to a text file by clicking on the Export button.

1. If you want to see where the values are exceeded in the longsection, click on the chainage (any row) and then click on the Zoom To button.
