Zoom to Alignment Command

Description:

This command zooms to the alignment of the selected profile view

If the model space only has one viewport that viewport will update to display the profile view. If there are two viewports then the inactive viewport will update to display the profile view. If there are three or more viewport then you will be prompted to select the viewport to use to display the profile view:

Instructions:

1. Click on the command in the ribbon.

2. Select the profile view and Civil 3D will zoom to the alignment. Optionally, choose Settings where you can choose if the alignment, profile view, neither or both will remain highlighted after the command has finished.
